p = partial, * = Preliminary, ¹ = beginning 10/2001; NOTE: Preliminary data have been subjected to basic quality tests, and major defects have been corrected. Final data have passed a comprehensive "annual" review, the primary objective of which is to identify and correct subtle anomalies and long-term changes in detector efficiency, barometer accuracy, etc. We encourage other researchers to use preliminary data in scientific analyses, as we do,while bearing in mind that adjustments (usually small) may eventually be made.
